Acceptance of Terms

By becoming a member of Quality Chemical Staff Multipurpose Co-Operative Society Ltd (QCSMCSL), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable rules and regulations governing the Society.

Membership

Membership is open to current and former employees of Cipla Quality Chemical Industries Limited (QCIL) and Quality Chemicals Katwe. Members must:

• Complete the official membership application form
• Pay the required registration fee and minimum share capital
• Agree to monthly savings contributions through payroll deduction or direct deposit
• Abide by the Society's Constitution and By-Laws

Services

QCSMCSL provides the following services to its members:

• Savings accounts with competitive interest rates
• Various loan products (development loans, emergency loans, school fees loans)
• Financial education and advisory services
• Investment opportunities

Member Obligations

Members are required to:

• Maintain regular monthly savings contributions
• Repay loans according to agreed terms
• Provide accurate and updated personal information
• Attend Annual General Meetings when possible
• Comply with all Society rules and decisions

Termination of Membership

Membership may be terminated voluntarily or through expulsion for violation of Society rules. Upon termination, members are entitled to their savings and share capital, less any outstanding loan obligations.

Limitation of Liability

QCSMCSL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda and the Cooperative Societies Act.
